The organization offers a collaborative, fast-paced environment where finance and tax professionals play a critical role in supporting strategic business objectives and meeting evolving regulatory requirements.Job DescriptionLead the preparation and review of IFRS tax provisions and related financial statement disclosures. Ensure compliance with IFRS accounting standards and relevant tax regulations across multiple jurisdictions. Provide technical interpretation and guidance on complex tax accounting matters, including deferred taxes and uncertain tax positions. Partner with finance, controllership, and external auditors during quarterly and annual reporting cycles. Support implementation of new accounting standards and tax legislation impacting IFRS reporting. Review tax implications of business transactions, restructurings, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives. Drive process enhancements, controls, and automation initiatives to improve reporting efficiency and accuracy. Manage relationships with internal stakeholders, external advisors, and auditors. Mentor and develop members of the tax team while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
