Job Details

The Opportunity

• Advise public charities, private foundations, international NGOs, social-welfare organizations, and high-net-worth individuals on operational, governance, and regulatory matters.
• Structure venture-philanthropy transactions, complex grantmaking and impact-investment programs, and innovative tax-exempt and for-profit vehicles.
• Counsel medical research organizations and negotiate and structure academic research consortia.
• Develop international affiliate structures and advise family offices on philanthropic and public-policy objectives.
• Work closely with a broader tax, corporate, healthcare, and regulatory platform.

Candidate Profile

• Two to four years of relevant tax-exempt organizations experience.
• Demonstrated interest in nonprofit and philanthropic work.
• Outstanding academic achievement, writing, analytical ability, and judgment.
• Current admission or eligibility for admission in the selected jurisdiction.
