Aon is looking for a Tax Insurance Claims Lawyer - VP
As part of an industry-leading team, you will help facilitate advantageous outcomes for clients with respect to tax insurance claims. The individual filling this position will step into a newly created role, working alongside Aon Transaction Solution colleagues and claims associates to facilitate the resolution of complex tax insurance claims on behalf of private equity and corporate clients. This position offers the opportunity to move into a coveted role in an evolving industry, where claims are an important focus for clients. Candidates should possess the ability to interact with and advise senior business, financial and legal professionals as they evaluate claims associated with complex, high-stakes and bespoke tax issues. Candidate must have a strong academic record, excellent oral communication skills, leadership skills and the ability to work independently with clients and colleagues. In addition, the candidate must be a proven self-starter willing to take on a good deal of responsibility with the ability to problem solve and advise clients involved in complex claim situations.

Pay Transparency Laws:
The salary range for this position intended for U.S. applicants is $242,000 to $315,000 annually. The actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, skills, and abilities, as well as internal equity and alignment with market data. The salary may also be adjusted based on applicant’s geographic location. The actual salary may vary for applicants in a different geographic location.
This position is eligible to participate in one of Aon’s annual incentive plans to receive an annual discretionary bonus in addition to base salary. The amount of any bonus varies and is subject to the terms and conditions of the applicable incentive plan.
