What you need for this position:

• Bachelor's degree in accounting, taxation, or finance.
• CPA or EA certification is preferred.
• 5+ years' experience in public accounting.
• Expert in corporate income tax preparation and individual income tax preparation.
• Must have strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lead and develop others in a positive manner
• Ability to explain complex tax issues in an understandable manner.
• Ability to manage multiple clients, staff, and projects simultaneously with flexibility and efficiency.
• Strong attention to detail, follow up, and follow-through.

• Client communication and support
• Staff support & training

• Tax preparation, compliance, planning, and review
• Review workpapers, provide opinions, and guidance
• Analyze and assess business financial statements
