Tax Manager

Our client, a leading financial services firm, is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to oversee corporate and individual tax planning, compliance, and reporting. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in tax regulations, leadership skills, and the ability to manage a team of tax professionals.

Responsibilities:

• Manage federal, state, and local tax filings and compliance.
• Develop strategies to minimize tax liabilities.
• Lead, mentor, and support a team of tax associates.
• Collaborate with external auditors and regulatory agencies.
• Ensure timely filing of returns and compliance with evolving tax laws.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting/Finance; CPA preferred.
• 7+ years of relevant tax experience.
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax codes.
