Responsibilities:
Manage and review federal and state tax returns for individuals, corporations, partnerships, and trusts
Provide tax planning, consulting, and advisory services to a diverse client portfolio
Supervise, mentor, and review the work of junior tax staff and associates
Research complex tax issues and communicate findings clearly to clients and colleagues
Maintain and develop strong client relationships through proactive communication and exceptional service
Monitor tax law changes and assess impact on clients' tax strategies
Assist with IRS and state tax notices, audits, and correspondence
Requirements:
Active CPA license required
5+ years of public accounting experience with a focus in taxation
Strong knowledge of federal and multi-state tax compliance and planning
Experience with individual, corporate (C-Corp/S-Corp), partnership, and trust returns
Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong interpersonal and communication skills
