Tax Manager

Well-known CPA firm is looking for a Tax Manager to join the team. 

Here are the locations and a brief idea of what they are looking for –

Opportunity:
Flexible – Onsite, Hybrid, or Mostly Remote (after initial onboarding period).

Stamford, CT

High flexibility for strong performers; ability to work mostly remote while staying engaged with the team.

What they want:

• Tax Manager (7–15+ years’ experience)
• Strong background in:

• 1065, 1120, 1120S
• 1040, 1041
• 706, 709
• K-1s

• Experience in both preparation and review
• Tax planning, consulting, and estate planning experience
• Strong client relationship and advisory skills
• CPA or EA preferred (PTIN required; flexible for strong candidates)
• Someone interested in long-term leadership / succession opportunity

Compensation:
$115,000 – $175,000+ (based on experience and candidate needs)

Bonuses:

• 401(k) with profit sharing
• Continuing education allowance
• Licensing and professional dues covered
• Daily in-office lunch provided
• Flexible PTO (2–3 weeks, can be taken consecutively)
