Retained by a growing private equity firm, looking for their first tax hire, which is a newly created Tax Manager role
Looking for someone with strong partnership experience and if they have ASC 740 thats a plus, but not needed
Responsible for working with the outside service providers to handle K-1 reporting and the provision
