Tax Manager – Flexible Seasonal Schedule

A small, established CPA firm on the north side of the Twin Cities is looking for an experienced Tax Manager to join their close-knit team.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys public accounting but wants more flexibility outside of tax season. During busy season, you'll work approximately 55–65 hours/week, with the option to take the summer off or work just 1–2 days per week.

The Role

• Manage tax engagements for small businesses, S-Corps, Partnerships, and individuals

• Work directly with clients and build strong relationships

• Prepare and review complex tax returns

• Collaborate with a small, experienced team

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of public accounting experience

• CPA or EA

• Strong tax experience with business and individual clients

• Excellent communication and client relationship skills
