Requirements:

CPA
Bachelor's degree, MST Preferred
Tax preparation experience in pass through entitles, S-Corps, or partnerships.
Ability to lead a team.
Willingness to mentor staff
Client-facing experience
Organized
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
Hybrid onsite work schedule
Base Salary range $130K to $155K
