What Youll Be Doing

• Improve tax workflows, processes, and client service delivery
• Research complex tax matters and provide practical solutions
• Help build and scale the firms growing tax practice
• Participate in relationship-building and business development efforts

What Theyre Looking For

• Active CPA license required
• Strong tax preparation and tax planning experience
• Background working with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, or complex tax situations preferred
• Finance or wealth management experience strongly desired
• Self-starter who can work independently and take ownership of projects
• Strong communication skills and confidence interacting with clients
• Entrepreneurial mindset with an interest in helping grow a business
