The Opportunity

Join a growing, client-focused firm where tax isn't just compliance-it's strategy. You'll work closely with business owners and high-level clients, helping them make smarter financial decisions while gradually stepping into a leadership role overseeing client relationships and workflow.

What You'll Be Doing

• Prepare and review individual and business tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120, 1120S)
• Lead client conversations around tax strategy, planning, and projections
• Manage and grow relationships with an established book of clients
• Oversee workflow, deadlines, and quality across tax engagements
• Partner on accounting, bookkeeping, and payroll-related support
• Identify proactive tax-saving opportunities and planning strategies
• Help streamline processes and improve overall efficiency

What You Bring

• Active CPA (or very close to completion)
• ~5+ years of tax experience (public accounting strongly preferred; combo public/private works)
• Strong technical knowledge across individual and business returns
• Experience working directly with clients and managing relationships
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities without sacrificing quality
• Comfortable stepping into a leadership or supervisory capacity
• Familiarity with tools like QuickBooks, Drake, or similar platforms
