The Opportunity
MGO is seeking an experienced HNW Tax Supervisor or Manager to join our growing High Net Worth practice in Century City. In this hybrid role, you will collaborate closely with Partners to manage complex tax engagements, mentor teams, and deliver exceptional service to affluent individuals and families.
Key Responsibilities
Review and prepare individual (HNW) tax engagements, Estate, Gift, Trust, S-Corp, and Partnership returns
Supervise multiple engagements simultaneously, ensuring quality, efficiency, and timely delivery
Serve as a primary client contact, including representation before tax authorities
Research complex tax matters and clearly communicate recommendations
Develop and mentor staff across technical and leadership capabilities
Identify opportunities to expand services and strengthen client relationships
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred
CPA required
4+ years of public accounting experience with HNW tax expertise
Proven leadership, project management, and client advisory skills
Strong organizational, analytical, and interpersonal abilities
Must be located in the Los Angeles area to support in-person collaboration
