Tax Manager- Hybrid

Overview:

Location: Hybrid - Stuart, FL

   Will consider candidates from Tampa and Boca Raton

Job Type: Direct Hire

Work Authorization: US Citizen or Green Card holder

 

The A.C. Coy Company is currently seeking candidates for a Tax Manager role. Ideal candidates will have 4+ years of public accounting with several years supporting HNW clients. An active CPA is required.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with clients and team members to provide tax planning, consultation, and compliance services
• Partner with upper management on client management, professional development, and business development activities 
• Supervise and mentor associate team members
• Actively develop new clients and market the company's services
• Participate in networking events and other events within the local community to foster client development

Qualifications:

Education Required:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting or a related discipline
• active CPA or JD

Experience Required: 

• 4+ years of public accounting experience with a minimum of 2+ years supporting HNW clients as well as corporate, partnership, individual, trusts and estate planning
• Strong communication skills both written and verbal
• Knowledge and proficiency with various accounting software
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively with both internal and external teams
