Tax Manager
Salary: $120,000 – $150,000

Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee preparation and review of complex federal, state, and local tax returns
- Lead tax planning initiatives to optimize client outcomes and ensure compliance
- Manage and mentor tax staff, including training and performance oversight
- Serve as primary advisor to clients and maintain long-term relationships
- Ensure compliance with tax regulations and represent clients during audits
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- CPA license or advanced degree preferred
- 5–7 years of public accounting experience with a focus on tax
- Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
- Experience reviewing complex tax returns and managing client engagements
