Responsibilities

• Manage tax compliance, planning, and consulting engagements for a diverse client base, including corporations, partnerships, individuals, and trusts.
• Review complex tax returns and provide strategic tax guidance.
• Mentor, train, and develop junior tax professionals while overseeing day-to-day engagement execution.
• Research complex tax matters and stay current on federal, state, and local tax regulations.
• Manage client relationships, budgets, billing, and engagement deliverables.
• Contribute to firm initiatives and assume increasing leadership responsibilities over time.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting required; Master's in Taxation is a plus. CPA required.
• 5+ years of public accounting experience.
• Strong technical knowledge of federal, state, and local taxation.
• Experience mentoring and developing junior staff.
• Experience with CCH Axcess, ProSystem fx, or similar tax software preferred.
