What You'll Do
- Prepare and review individual, corporate, partnership, estate, and trust tax returns
- Manage client accounts and serve as a trusted point of contact
- Assist clients with tax planning, financial planning, and strategic advisory needs
- Perform complex tax research and provide practical recommendations
- Supervise current engagements and follow up on completed projects
- Review work for accuracy, quality, and compliance
- Train, mentor, and support junior and senior-level staff
- Manage multiple complex projects, deadlines, and client priorities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
- Support a culture focused on quality, service, and long-term client success
What We're Looking For
- 7 or more years of tax experience in public accounting
- CPA or EA required
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Strong technical tax knowledge
- Experience preparing and reviewing complex tax returns
- Supervisory or staff management experience
- Ability to manage client accounts and multiple engagements
- Strong communication, organization, and follow-through skills
- Ability to work with a high level of accuracy and professionalism
- Client-focused approach with strong relationship-building skills
