Our client is a highly regarded CPA and advisory firm based in Los Angeles, providing sophisticated tax and business advisory services to high-net-worth individuals, families, business owners, real estate investors and closely held companies.
Responsibilities
Manage and review complex federal and multi-state tax returns for high-net-worth individuals, partnerships, S corporations, corporations, trusts and closely held businesses.
Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and providing proactive tax guidance throughout the year.
Oversee tax compliance and planning for real estate investors, partnerships and privately held businesses, including complex ownership structures and transactions.
Manage multiple client engagements, deadlines and deliverables while ensuring a high level of accuracy and client service.
Review work prepared by Senior/Supervisor and Staff-level professionals and provide coaching, technical guidance and mentorship.
Qualifications
Minimum six years of experience in a public accounting firm or related experience
CPA required
Ability and willingness to roll up your sleeves and do what is needed to meet client deadlines and expectations
Team player and can collaborate with other individuals in the organization
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Power Point, especially Excel)
QuickBooks and CCH experience (or similar accounting/tax software equivalent)
