Tax Manager

Job Description:

Tax Manager-Public Accounting

We are seeking someone with 5+ years of progressive tax consulting and compliance experience in a regional or middle market public accounting firm.

A broad exposure to tax including experience in preparing and reviewing complex federal corporate (C and S), multi-state, individual, and partnership returns is required. A thorough understanding of estate and trust taxation is a plus

The successful candidate will have 5 or more years of public accounting experience in a mid market, regional, or national firm. A Bachelors degree or higher and CPA certification are required.

Your prior experience should include direct engagement responsibility for either tax engagements, audit engagements, or, ideally, both. Meaningful client contact and relationship building are integral to this position.

Desired Skills & Experience:

BS or BA in accounting

CPA certification

MST a plus

5 or more years of recent and relevant public accounting experience

Multi State

Consolidated and consolidating tax returns
