Key Responsibilities for the Tax Manager:
• Review and oversee complex federal, state, and local tax returns
• Lead tax planning strategies to optimize client outcomes
• Manage, mentor, and develop tax staff
• Serve as a primary advisor and maintain client relationships
• Ensure compliance and support clients through audits


Qualifications for the Tax Manager:
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
• CPA or advanced degree preferred
• 5–7 years of public accounting tax experience
• Strong knowledge of federal and state tax regulations
• Experience reviewing complex returns and managing engagements
