Our client is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager to oversee multiple client engagements, review complex returns, manage staff, and conduct tax research. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills and the ability to mentor and develop team members.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and review tax returns for individuals, partnerships, corporations, and other entities
• Build and maintain client relationships
• Supervise and train associates and seniors
• Ensure accurate timekeeping and billing for self and team
• Stay current on tax laws and apply knowledge to client engagements
• Support business development and participate in client networking

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting
• 6+ years recent tax compliance/consulting experience in public accounting or corporate mix
• CPA or IRS Enrolled Agent required
• Experience with US individual, partnership, and entity returns
