Our client, a regional California CPA firm is seeking a dynamic Tax Manager with NPO experience to join their growing office near Lakewood
The Tax Manager will be responsible for owning the client relationships with a variety of clients within the practice. The Tax Manager will be responsible for managing multiple teams and providing performance feedback to all members of those teams at the conclusion of engagements.

Due to continued growth they are now looking for a Tax Manager with Not for Profit/Higher Education experience to join the firm's dynamic team of tax professionals for its Los Angeles office.
Tax Managers provide review of returns, planning, research and compliance and developing and sustaining excellent client relationships are priorities for this position.
Required experience:
Bachelor's degree in accounting required; Master's degree in Taxation preferred
Minimum of 5 years of tax experience gained within a public accounting firm or related experience
Minimum 5 years of Not for Profit/Higher Education industry experience
CPA required
Broad basic background in gift & estate, corporate and partnership taxation
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
