Unity Search has partnered with a national mid-tier public accounting firm in Frisco seeking an experienced Tax Senior Manager to join its Real Estate tax practice. This is a high-visibility role with strong upward mobility and long-term partnership potential.
Job Responsibilities:
Lead tax compliance and advisory engagements for commercial real estate clients
Review complex partnership and corporate tax returns
Manage and mentor teams while overseeing engagement progress
Research complex tax issues and draft technical memorandums
Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and service offerings
Participate in proposals and business development efforts
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree required; Masters in Tax or Accounting preferred
CPA, JD, or EA required
8+ years of real estate tax experience
Strong tax research, project management, and client communication skills
