Tax Manager – Partner Track

A well-established small CPA firm in the southern Twin Cities suburbs is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to join its close-knit team of 10, including 3 partners.

This is a unique partner-track opportunity created by an upcoming partner retirement. The ideal candidate will gradually inherit an established book of business, build strong client relationships, and play an important role in the firm's future.

Ideal Candidate

• 5+ years of public accounting experience

• CPA or EA

• Strong tax experience with individual and business clients

• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

• Client-focused and interested in a long-term path to partnership
