This is a hands -on role focused on corporate and business tax compliance<\/b>, ideal for a professional who enjoys managing client relationships, mentoring staff, and ensuring accuracy during busy filing seasons.

Prepare and review corporate (C -Corp and S -Corp)<\/b>, partnership<\/b>, and individual<\/b> tax returns.

Oversee compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws<\/b>, ensuring all deadlines and filings are met.
<\/p><\/li>
Supervise, train, and review the work of junior tax staff.
<\/p><\/li>
Provide proactive tax planning and consulting<\/b> to small and midsize business clients.
<\/p><\/li>
Research complex tax issues and clearly communicate findings to partners and clients.
<\/p><\/li>
Manage client relationships, timelines, and engagement budgets.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Bachelor’s degree<\/b> in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Master’s in Taxation preferred).
<\/p><\/li>
Active CPA license required.<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
5–8 years of public accounting experience<\/b>, with significant corporate and business compliance exposure.<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Proven experience preparing and reviewing Form 1120, 1120S, and 1065<\/b>.
<\/p><\/li>
Proficiency in tax preparation software such as CCH Axcess, UltraTax, or Lacerte.<\/b>
<\/p><\/li>
Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
<\/p><\/li><\/ul>
Base Salary:<\/b> $110,000–$120,000
<\/p><\/li>
