Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Public Accounting, Tax Accounting, Tax Planning
- CPA license or EA certification required.
- 7+ years of progressive tax experience in public accounting.
- Significant experience with Professional Service firm clients (lawyers, architects etc)
- Experience supporting M&A transactions, including due diligence and tax structuring a plus.
- Demonstrated proficiency in tax research and planning.
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and contribute to firm growth.
- Manage and review federal, state, and local tax compliance for C corporations, S corporations, partnerships, and individuals (Forms 1120, 1120-S, 1065, 1040).
- Provide guidance on complex technical tax issues and prepare high-quality memoranda, analyses, and planning recommendations.
- Supervise, mentor, and develop staff and senior-level team members.
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously and ensure a timely, high-quality work product.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships across diverse industries.
