Tax Senior Manager - Real Estate/Construction (Boston / Hybrid) 

Our client, a leading professional services/CPA firm, is looking to add a Tax Senior Manager to join its established Real Estate Tax practice in Boston.

This is an exciting opportunity to join a team with deep industry expertise and a strong presence across the real estate market, working with prominent developers, investors, and operators across office, life sciences, multifamily, hospitality, and retail.

The team provides a broad range of tax, accounting, and advisory services to a diverse portfolio of clients, including real estate funds, REITs, private equity investors, family offices, and operating companies.

What You'll Do:

• Lead and review complex real estate tax compliance engagements, including partnerships, REITs, multi-tier structures, and consolidated groups.
• Provide tax planning, structuring, and advisory services related to acquisitions, dispositions, real estate transactions, and debt restructuring.
• Oversee engagement planning, budgeting, and client deliverables while building trusted client relationships.
• Apply deep expertise in partnership taxation, capital account maintenance, tax basis analysis, and 704(b)/704(c) allocations.
• Identify opportunities to enhance client service and deliver additional value through proactive tax strategies.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals while fostering a collaborative environment.

What We're Looking For:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in public accounting or a related field, including 5+ years in a supervisory capacity.
• Active CPA license or equivalent certification.
• Strong technical expertise in real estate taxation and partnership structures.
• Experience managing client engagements, multiple deadlines, and competing priorities.

$150K - $200K, depending on experience.
