We are a well-established public accounting and business advisory firm known for delivering highly personalized service and going beyond compliance to help clients succeed. Our focus is on the bigger picture--minimizing tax liability, planning strategically, and supporting long-term financial growth.
Our client base includes individuals, closely held businesses, nonprofits, and corporations, with a strong concentration of high-net-worth (HNW) clients. Annually, we handle approximately 600 individual tax returns, with roughly 450 tied to S-Corporations and Partnerships. While about 20% of these engagements are more straightforward, the majority involve complex tax situations including capital gains, investment activity, asset structures, and Schedule C businesses.
We pride ourselves on maintaining a collaborative, supportive, and down-to-earth culture where team members are valued and have a visible impact. As a smaller firm, we offer the opportunity to work closely with leadership and play a meaningful role in both client service and internal operations.
We are seeking an experienced Tax Manager to take ownership of the tax review process and help drive efficiency, quality, and consistency across our deliverables.
This is a hands-on, technical leadership role focused on reviewing returns, working closely with staff, and ensuring work moves smoothly through the pipeline. You will review approximately half of the firm's individual return volume, enabling the principal partner to focus on business development and client relationship management.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys deep technical work, mentoring through review, and improving workflow--without needing to directly manage people.

Staff Development (Through Review)
Client Collaboration
Important Note:
This is not a traditional people management role. We are looking for someone who excels at owning the review function and improving output, rather than directly managing staff.
If you're a technically strong tax professional who enjoys reviewing, refining, and elevating the work of a team--and wants to play a key role in delivering high-quality client outcomes--we'd love to connect.
