Responsibilities:
• Tax Manager will manage end-to-end tax compliance process including federal, state, and partnership filings. • Ensure SOX compliance and maintain strong internal controls. • Research and resolve complex tax accounting issues. • Partner with auditors and respond to inquiries. • Monitor changes in tax law and assess business impact.
As a Tax Manager, you will lead process improvements and automation initiatives. Supervise and develop tax staff.
