This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated Tax Manager who brings a strong background in public accounting and a passion for client service and team leadership. You will manage complex engagements, guide staff, and play a key role in maintaining trusted client relationships while contributing to the growth of the Business Tax Services team.
Review and manage preparation of complex tax returns
Provide proactive year-end and general tax planning for clients
Lead and oversee tax research projects
Supervise, train, and mentor experienced tax staff
Manage multiple client engagements and ensure high-quality service delivery
Build and maintain strong client relationships
Contribute to departmental growth and process improvement initiatives
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting (Master’s in Tax or related field a plus)
Active CPA license required
6–10 years of public accounting experience
Proven leadership and mentoring abilities
Strong communication and client relationship skills
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Commitment to quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant tax software
