Qualifications
What We’re Looking For
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s in Accounting (Master’s preferred) and an active CPA license.
- Experience: 6–8 years in public accounting with a strong emphasis on real estate clients.
- Technical Strength: In-depth knowledge of federal and state tax codes, especially in real estate taxation.
- Leadership & Communication: Proven ability to lead, manage, and collaborate effectively.
