The Opportunity
A respected public accounting firm is seeking an experienced Tax Manager to take on a key leadership role within the organization. This is a career-defining opportunity with strong upside into ownership and firm leadership.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and review complex tax engagements
- Oversee compliance and planning across multiple client industries
- Provide guidance on multi-state and indirect tax matters
- Mentor and develop junior staff
- Serve as a trusted advisor to clients
What We’re Looking For
- CPA preferred
- Strong tax experience in public accounting
- Audit background is a plus
- Hands-on experience with:
- Nexus analysis
- Sales & use tax
- Real estate tax
- Prior supervisory or leadership experience
Compensation & Benefits
- Base Salary: $160K – $200K
- Bonus: Discretionary
- Medical & Dental: 80% covered for employee
