Tax Manager


FSB&W is seeking accounting professionals to join our fast-growing team. At FSB&W, we are primarily cloud based, with a hybrid-work environment. We offer one mandatory day in the office during the summer, and two during our busier times of the year, giving you the opportunity to work from home or office as needed. We are open to a fully remote position for the right candidate. This is a unique opportunity to work from either location with flexibility in scheduling and seasonality in public accounting.


Responsibilities


  • Deliver a full range of tax services in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Provide innovative tax planning and review complex income tax returns
  • Manage tax provision and tax compliance process
  • Improve processes by developing or implementing best practices
  • Manage and coordinate tax audits
  • Research federal and state tax issues
Qualifications


  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Accounting or Finance
  • 5+ years' of experience of professional tax experience
  • Masters of Taxation preferred but not required
  • Strong communication and analytical skills
  • Currently public accounting experience required
