Tax Map Specialist
This person must be experienced in AutoCAD.
Pay Range:
- $25 30/hr, dependent on experience
Summary:
- This person will be using AutoCAD for the construction of municipal digital tax maps for New Jersey municipal/county clients.
Requirements:- Experience with New Jersey tax map regulations
- Experience creating tax maps for municipalities using AutoCAD
- Knowledge of NJ MOD-IV system
- Detailed knowledge of and compliance with the NJ Division of Taxation Digital Tax Map Standards
- Ability to interpret surveys, deeds, file maps, and other tax map related sources
- Working understanding of land surveying principles
