Tax Preparation and Assuarance

Well-known firm looking for a Tax preparation & Assurance individual to add to the team.

Location: Auburn, WA

Tax Prep/Assurance:
Looking for 7+ years of experience.
The role will be roughly 60% Tax and 40% Assurance.
They want this individual to do both types of work. 
CPA is not required. 
Preferred knowledge of UltraTax or CCH Access.
Complex returns. 

Compensation: $90K - $115K
Benefits: General (awaiting more details)
55 hours during busy season.
2 weeks PTO during the first year, adding 1 week PTO every year after that up to year 5. Every 7 years of employment the employee gets a 1-month sabbatical. 
Hybrid work for 1-2 days in the office. Fully remote on Thursdays.
