Description

Creative Financial Staffing has partnered with a growing Tax firm outside of Boston with their search for a Tax Preparer. Our client is a fully integrated firm providing tax and accounting services to a variety of small-mid size privately held clients.

Tax Preparer Job Description:

Prepare and file individual, business, and corporate tax returns.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws.
Review financial records and apply deductions, credits, and tax liabilities.
Advise clients on tax-saving strategies and planning.
Stay updated on changes in tax laws and regulations.
Use tax software to prepare and file returns.
Communicate with tax authorities to resolve discrepancies or audits.
Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in all tax-related matters.
Assist with tax planning and provide post-filing support.

Qualifications:

Proficiency in tax software.
Strong knowledge of tax laws.
Excellent communication and attention to detail
