Key Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate individual tax returns using user-friendly software
• Identify and explain applicable tax credits and deductions to clients
• Provide excellent customer service with clear and friendly communication
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience preparing tax returns is preferred
• Bilingual in Spanish and English
• Detail-oriented, organized, and committed to accuracy
