Tax Relief Sales Consultant

Guardian Tax is hiring sales professionals to work directly with individuals seeking help resolving IRS and tax debt issues. Every conversation comes in with intent, giving you the opportunity to focus on understanding each client's situation, presenting solutions, and closing business in a structured sales environment.

This role is best suited for confident communicators who can manage conversations, overcome objections, and perform consistently in a fast-paced, performance-driven setting where income is directly tied to results.


Compensation & Benefits

  • 15% uncapped commission structure

Daily Responsibilities

  • Answer inbound calls from individuals seeking tax relief options
  • Assess client needs and financial situations
  • Present clear and effective resolution strategies
  • Handle objections and guide conversations toward resolution
  • Maintain strong call activity and follow-up consistency
  • Close deals in a structured, results-driven process

Work Environment

This is a fast-moving sales floor built around performance, accountability, and momentum. Leadership provides hands-on support, and achievements are recognized regularly through incentives and team competition.

Schedule

  • Monday–Friday: 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
  • One half-day Saturday per month
  • Full-time, in-office position (Irvine, CA)

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of phone-based sales experience
  • Strong communication and objection-handling skills
  • Ability to build trust and guide conversations
  • Comfortable in a high-volume sales environment
