We currently have an exciting career opportunity for a International Tax Senior Associate to join our National Tax team in one of our offices.

CohnReznick is a hybrid firm, and most of our professionals are located within a commutable distance to one of our offices. This position is considered remote, which means it does not require job duties to be performed within proximity of a CohnReznick office location. However, as a remote employee, you may be required to be present at a CohnReznick office with scheduled notice for client work, team meetings, or trainings.

YOUR TEAM

This position will support our International Tax Team, which in turn supports the firms broader tax practice. The right candidate will have a growth mindset and look for ways to expand their knowledge within both the tax space associated with their specialized services and varying industries. They will also be eager to collaborate on thought leadership webinars and seminars while remaining results-focused on assisting both internal and external clients in achieving their wide-ranging business goals.

YOUR ROLE

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

• Work collaboratively with the broader CohnReznick team in delivering the highest quality service to our clients • Interact directly with our clients on a regular basis to better understand and serve their needs • Grow and develop your career with support and mentoring from more experienced Certified Public Accountants in the accounting, auditing, and tax areas of the Firm • Participate in internal and external Continuing Professional Education programs • Specific areas of responsibility include: • Inbound and Outbound cross-border planning • International tax consulting • Tax Compliance principally international related • Tax Due Diligence Assignments

YOUR EXPERIENCE

The successful candidate will have:

• 4 years of work experience in another public accounting firm • International tax compliance and consulting experience required • Experience in structure planning and M&A • Bachelors Degree required • CPA, EA, or JD preferred • Strong experience using Microsoft Office Suite • Strong experience using research databases • Knowledge of tax software such as CCH or ProSystem FX • Exceptional organizational and communication, verbal, and written skills

SALARY RANGE

In New York, the salary range for a Tax Senior Associate is $85,000 to $140,000. Salary is one component of the CohnReznick total rewards package, which includes a discretionary performance bonus, generous paid time off, expanded and inclusive parental benefits, and access to best-in-class learning and development platforms to name a few.
