    Description

    Our client in the Dallas, TX area is actively hiring for Tax Senior roles.

    This role is a launching pad for rapid advancement, with merit-based promotions and a clear path toward Tax Manager for high performers.

    Key Responsibilities

    • Prepare complex individual, partnership, S-corporation, and corporate tax returns (1040, 1065, 1120S, 1120).
    • Conduct initial reviews and assist in quality control to ensure accuracy and compliance.
    • Maintain organized work papers and documentation aligned with firm standards.
    • Communicate with clients to request information, clarify items, and provide status updates.
    • Collaborate closely with senior leadership on tax issues.
    • Manage multiple engagements and deadlines in a fast-moving environment.
    • Support process improvements, efficiency initiatives, and best practice implementation.
    • Embody firm values through clear communication, proactive ownership, and attention to detail.

    Requirements

    • Minimum 2 years of pure tax return preparation experience in a public accounting firm (not private).
    • Strong experience preparing 1120S, 1065, 1120, and 1040 returns.
    • Solid understanding of federal and state tax laws.
    • Highly detail-oriented with strong analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication skills—written and verbal.
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work independently.
    • Commitment to rapid learning, professional development, and excellence.
