Key Responsibilities
Tax Planning & Compliance
- Prepare and review complex individual, corporate, partnership, fiduciary, and pass-through entity tax returns
- Identify proactive tax planning opportunities for clients
- Research tax issues and assist with developing strategic recommendations
- Stay current on tax law changes and emerging planning opportunities
- Deliver accurate, high-quality work within established deadlines
Client Relationships
- Build strong relationships with clients and become a trusted resource
- Communicate directly with clients regarding tax matters and planning opportunities
- Provide exceptional service through responsiveness, professionalism, and attention to detail
- Assist with client meetings and advisory engagements
Leadership & Development
- Mentor and support staff accountants and interns
- Assist with training and development initiatives
- Review work and provide constructive feedback when appropriate

Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting required
- Active CPA license required
- 2–4 years of public accounting tax experience
- Experience with individual, corporate, partnership, and fiduciary tax returns
