    Education and Experience Requirements:
    • Bachelor’s degree with a major in accounting, business administration, or finance from an accredited college/university is required
    • Must be working towards CPA licensure
    • 3 years of experience working at a public accounting firm
    • Experienced in tax preparation and tax planning with multi state partnerships, S-corporations, C-corporations, trusts (ideal but not required), and high net-worth individuals
    • Strong motivation to meet client deadlines and provide excellent client services
    Job Description:
    • Provide timely and high-quality services exceeding client expectations
    • Collaboratively work with all levels of staff on client engagements
    • Manage client relationships, including assessing client needs, developing strategies and solutions to provide clients with the highest level of service
    • Pursue new business development
    • Prepare complex business, fiduciary, and individual tax returns when necessary
    • Cultivate a professional niche that suits your strengths and interests
    • Mentor staff to create future leaders
