Overview of the Tax Senior Role

• Prepare and process individual tax returns (1040s)

• Communicate regularly with clients by phone and email

• Ensure tax returns are accurate, complete, and prepared in a timely manner

• Work independently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment

• Maintain strong attention to detail and organization throughout the tax preparation process

Preferred Qualifications

• 
  
• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 
  
• Strong experience preparing and processing 1040 tax returns
• 
  
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• 
  
• Highly organized, accurate, and detail-oriented
• 
  
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines

• Comfortable communicating directly with clients via phone and email
