I’m working with a highly respected, fast-growing regional CPA firm that is expanding its international tax practice and looking to add an International Tax Manager to the team.

This is a hybrid role offering flexibility, meaningful client exposure, and the opportunity to work directly with partners on complex international engagements.

What You’ll Do

• Prepare and review international tax returns (C corps, S corps, partnerships, HNW individuals, trusts & estates)

• Analyze and resolve complex international tax and accounting issues

• Conduct tax research and provide strategic guidance to clients

• Build and maintain strong client relationships

• Identify tax planning and consulting opportunities

What You Bring

• 5+ years of public accounting tax experience

• Proven experience in international tax

• Fluency in Japanese (required)

• CPA license

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting, Tax, or Business

• Strong analytical, communication, and organizational skills

• Self-starter with the ability to manage complex projects and deadlines
