Tax Senior Manager
Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all phases of client tax engagements for closely held businesses and owners
- Perform final review of business and individual tax returns
- Provide proactive tax planning, strategy, and advisory services
- Supervise and mentor staff and managers, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and client service enhancements
- Support firm leadership with technical research and staff development
Qualifications
- 12+ years of public accounting experience, primarily in tax for small business clients
- CPA designation required
- Strong technical knowledge and leadership ability
- Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service
- Desire to contribute to a growing, collaborative team environment
