Tax Senior Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage all phases of client tax engagements for closely held businesses and owners
• Perform final review of business and individual tax returns
• Provide proactive tax planning, strategy, and advisory services
• Supervise and mentor staff and managers, ensuring technical accuracy and client satisfaction
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and client service enhancements
• Support firm leadership with technical research and staff development

Qualifications

• 12+ years of public accounting experience, primarily in tax for small business clients
• CPA designation required
• Strong technical knowledge and leadership ability
• Excellent communication skills and commitment to client service
• Desire to contribute to a growing, collaborative team environment
