Position ProfileWeaver is looking for talented tax leaders at the Senior Manager level to join our growing firm. A Private Client Services Tax Senior Manager provides federal tax compliance and planning services to high‑net‑worth individual clients and privately‑held businesses.A Tax Senior Manager works closely with firm leadership and plays a key role in business development and team development. The ideal candidate is a CPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm.Required QualificationsBachelor's degree in Accounting or related fieldCPA with 7+ years of experience in federal tax compliance, planning and consulting at a public accounting firm with a focus on high-net-worth individuals, privately owned businesses, investment partnerships, estates, and trustsPreferred QualificationsMaster's degree in Accounting or related fieldTechnical knowledge sufficient to sell and execute engagements in multiple industriesProven ability to manage, mentor, and develop staffStrong relationship management and practice development skillsAbility to attract and service new clients and expand services to existing clientsCompensation and BenefitsEstimated compensation range for this position is $141,000 to $290,000 for the California, Maryland, New Jersey, and New York Metropolitan areas. Actual compensation will be based on experience, skills, certifications, and geographic location.
