The Work

You’ll gain exposure to a broad range of tax work across both individual and business returns, making this an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys being a true tax generalist.

Responsibilities include:

• Preparing and reviewing tax returns including:
  • 1040
  • 1041
  • 1120 / 1120S
  • 1065
  • Estate & trust returns
• Working directly with clients across a variety of industries
• Assisting with tax planning and client advisory work
• Reviewing returns for accuracy and identifying opportunities for improvement
• Collaborating closely with firm leadership and team members

This role offers excellent exposure and the ability to continue building your technical skillset beyond simple compliance work.

What They’re Looking For

• 3+ years of public accounting tax experience
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field
• CPA eligible, actively pursuing CPA, or EA preferred
• Experience preparing and reviewing a variety of return types
• Strong generalist tax background
• Experience with CCH Axcess or ProSystems is a plus
• Team-oriented mindset and strong communication skills

Compensation & Benefits

Compensation

• $70,000 – $95,000 base salary DOE
• Year-end bonus potential
