Our client is seeking a Tax Advisory Services Manager will lead tax engagements and teams, providing strategic tax planning, compliance, and consulting services for healthcare clients, particularly in skilled nursing and long-term care. This high-impact role offers the opportunity to shape tax outcomes, mentor staff, and collaborate with firm leadership in a dynamic, supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

• Manage and review complex federal, state, and local tax returns for entities, corporations, trusts, and individuals.
• Identify tax issues and present planning opportunities to deliver value to clients.
• Build strong relationships with healthcare clients through proactive tax guidance.
• Lead and mentor staff and seniors, fostering their technical expertise.
• Oversee multiple engagements, ensuring high-quality service standards.
• Collaborate with other departments to deliver comprehensive client service.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• CPA designation (required).
• Minimum of 5 years of public accounting experience with demonstrated tax leadership.
• Experience with healthcare, manufacturing, or distribution clients is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and technical skills.
• Ability to manage teams and projects while maintaining client relationships.
• New Jersey residency required. <--- this a must
