Beyond technical excellence, this position plays a key leadership role within the firm. The Tax Shareholder will partner closely with the COO to lead, mentor, and develop a team of tax professionals, while fostering a collaborative culture focused on growth, learning, and client service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential, as this role involves frequent collaboration with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
