The ideal candidate for this position should be self-motivated and enthusiastic, and possess advanced proficiency in Excel, along with exceptional problem-solving abilities. They should also have a comprehensive knowledge of Microsoft Office and be highly adaptable to changing tasks. While prior experience or education in Tax and Accounting would be beneficial, it is not necessarily a requirement for this role.
